Sangiovese 85%, Teroldego 15%.
REFINEMENT
3/4 months in oak for the Teroldego and half of the Sangiovese, 3/4 months in cement for the remaining part of the Sangiovese. 6 months in the bottle.
VINIFICATION
The grapes of the individual plots cultivated with Sangiovese and Teroldego are harvested manually, vinified and aged separately. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and at a controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES
A fresh wine, ready to drink, ruby red in color characterized by spicy sensations and ripe red fruits. on the palate it appears pleasant and persistent. playing with the serving temperatures, it can accompany many dishes, ranging from fish soup to traditional meat first courses.
