VINIFICATION
The grapes from each parcel are harvested by hand, vinified, and aged separately. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with indigenous yeasts, at a controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES
A wine with an authentic and immediate character, expressing the purity of the fruit and the freshness of the varietal. On the nose, it releases aromas of cherry, pomegranate, and light floral notes. Vibrant, with silky tannins and a pleasant minerality provided by the aging in cocciopesto (ovenware).
