The grapes located in the Campo San Giovanni and Riserva plots are harvested manually. The average grape production per plant is 600 grams. The winemaking process varies according to the climatic trend that affected the year. In any case, fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and at a controlled temperature.
From the blending of a monovarietal, an intense ruby red wine is born with hints of tobacco, chocolate and ripe fruit. On the palate it is rich and elegant with sweet tannins, of excellent structure and extreme pleasantness. the fragrance and freshness of primary scents, combined with flavor and persistence, presuppose a long evolutionary path.
