The grapes from the plots cultivated in Ciliegiolo are harvested manually by carrying out two different passages about 10 days apart. Those of the first step are destined to the Rosé, the others that confer in the Sileno, are vinified and aged separately, carrying out a vinification process that varies according to the climatic trend that affected the year. In any case, fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and at a controlled temperature.
From the assembly of a monovarietal a wine of intense ruby red color is born, aromas of ripe fruits from which those of amarasca cherry and strawberry stand out, sweet tannins, of excellent structure and pleasantness on the palate.
